You will lead requirements definition and project analysis for business system initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for assigned project work.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improved solutions.
• Document and maintain project plans and issue logs.
• Act as the primary Senior BSA for project initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of professional experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in JIRA for issue and project tracking.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Technical background relevant to systems analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, geo-diverse teams.
