Description

You will support business case development, process improvement, requirements analysis, testing, and implementation for new software solution projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and current and future state process flows.
• Gather, validate, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for market analysis and software procurement.
• Translate business needs into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, user stories, or detailed business requirement documents.
• Work with Product Owners and SMEs to groom user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Assist in planning and conducting user acceptance testing, including developing test scenarios and cases.
• Develop procurement documents such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and support vendor proposal evaluation.
• Perform requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to support testing and production rollout.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and developing business rules and process flows.
• 7+ years of experience in business process design, definition, and re-design.
• 7+ years of experience with software development lifecycles and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
• 7+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• 7+ years of experience creating Context, Data Flow, and Functional Decomposition Diagrams.
• 5+ years of experience planning and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 5+ years of experience facilitating small to large meetings.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Quality Center (QC).
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience developing procurement-related documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working for State government.
• Healthcare or Medicaid related experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
