Key Responsibilities – Software Testing
✅ Execute Manual and Automated Testing
✅ Perform Data Migration Testing and Validation
✅ Conduct API, Back-End, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing
✅ Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity
✅ Track and manage defects using Jira, QC, or Azure DevOps
✅ Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and QA Documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience
✔️ Expertise in SDLC methodologies and project documentation
✔️ Manual and Automated Testing experience
✔️ Strong SQL and Relational Database knowledge
✔️ Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
✔️ Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), QC, or similar tools
✔️ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
✔️ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ SharePoint Sites, Libraries, Lists, and Groups experience
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Public Health or Healthcare Systems experience
⭐ IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge
⭐ Experience supporting large-scale government or enterprise applications
⭐ Strong understanding of Agile Testing environments
