Description

You will lead software testing, data migration validation, and business analysis for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing for API, backend, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios.
• Perform data migration testing and validate data integrity using complex SQL queries.
• Track and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and comprehensive QA documentation.
• Gather requirements and manage stakeholder communication in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and business analysis.
• Expertise in SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or QC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
• Experience with SharePoint Sites, Libraries, Lists, and Groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Public Health or Healthcare Systems domain experience.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge.
