Act as a consultant to elicit, document, and prioritize business needs and process requirements for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to define business processes and secure stakeholder consensus on new designs.
• Document use cases, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Identify business line dependencies and conduct impact analysis for proposed solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and review functional designs for alignment with business needs.
• Support application implementation, prototyping, testing, and debugging for Dynamics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in documenting business workflows and business rules.
• Experience creating use case and user story documentation.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and identify system dependencies.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and reviewing functional designs.
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders on the pros and cons of different technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing operational support for Dynamics solutions.
