Description

You will lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and process design for complex IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering sessions to define business, functional, and technical needs.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows using business process models, use cases, wireframes, and entity relationship diagrams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Conduct gap analysis, functional and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare procurement documentation, including RFPs, and support system implementation and go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process design.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing procurement-related documentation, including RFPs and evaluation criteria (5+ years).
• Experience creating Context Diagrams and Functional Decomposition documents (5+ years).
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint end-user functionality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in State Government environments.
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience with healthcare data reporting systems.
