Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements and requirement clarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the product backlog and assist the Product Owner with progressive elaboration and dependency mapping.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions, including defining test plans, executing test cases, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum.
• Proven experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Expertise in translating product strategy into application requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with large, multi-module systems.
• Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Strong ability to create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or CSPO certification.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile development and work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
