Description

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and documented. You will translate client needs into actionable requirements and detailed technical specifications to meet end-client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and requirements phases for new vendor application implementations.
• Apply government and regulatory knowledge to project workflows to improve outcomes.
• Develop deep Subject Matter Expertise by learning complex processes and interpreting statutes.
• Manage requirements for new vendor application rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience on implementation projects for platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and scripting.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to complex business problems.
• Experience working within regulatory or government frameworks.
