Description

You serve as the primary bridge between business objectives and technical solutions during a large-scale ERP replacement project involving HR, Fiscal, Procurement, Grants, and Warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and translate user needs into detailed system requirement specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate requirements and use cases.
• Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation using modeling tools.
• Review documentation produced by other BSAs and lead the creation of meeting minutes and agendas.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA analysts to manage change and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis implementation, with a strong background in Fiscal, IT, or HR.
• Proficiency in business modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid Chart.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, modeling techniques, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Competency with SDLC, SQL, Oracle, Agile, Waterfall, and Jira.
• Proven ability to create process flow and data flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on IT development projects.
