Responsibilities

• Manage the design and requirements phases for new vendor application rollouts.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Apply government and regulatory knowledge to project workflows to improve outcomes.
• Develop subject matter expertise by learning complex processes and interpreting statutes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience on implementation projects for platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and scripting.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to complex business problems.
• Experience working within regulatory or government frameworks.
