Description

You will deliver business and systems analysis artifacts for large, multi-module enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate client and product strategy into application requirements and user stories.
• Organize and maintain product and sprint backlogs.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage the acceptance process with development teams.
• Create business process models and apply BPM concepts.
• Communicate effectively with diverse peers and customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Strong experience creating business process models.
• Proficiency in business process management concepts on BPM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for agile software development and work item tracking.
