You will manage technical documentation and user training for digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and clarity for both engineering and business stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create systems documentation, including source code references, technical specifications, and integration guides.
• Translate developer documentation into clear technical documents for non-technical business users.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers to verify information accuracy and resolve technical queries.
• Develop large-scale user training programs, including training plans, user guides, and job aids.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously to meet tight delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems documentation and technical writing.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing how-to guides, operation guides, and product specifications.
• Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Docs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical documentation for large-scale digital platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.
