Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead JAD/JAR sessions with SMEs and technical teams
• Gather and document business & technical requirements
• Create BRDs, RTMs, process flows, and functional documentation
• Support regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and test execution
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams on enterprise system enhancements

🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 9+ years in Business Analysis & Technical Documentation
✔ Strong Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
✔ Oracle 11g / 19c SQL scripting & troubleshooting
✔ Power BI dashboard/report development
✔ Regression Testing, Test Cases, and UAT Support
✔ Azure or AWS cloud deployment testing experience
✔ Government, Pension, or Public Sector experience preferred
