Description

You will lead requirements gathering, technical documentation, and testing support for enterprise system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead JAD/JAR sessions with SMEs and technical teams to define scope.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, producing BRDs, RTMs, and process flows.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization.
• Support regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and test execution.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams on system enhancements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in Business Analysis and Technical Documentation.
• Strong experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Proficiency in Oracle 11g / 19c SQL scripting and troubleshooting.
• Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Regression testing, test case creation, and UAT support.
• Azure or AWS cloud deployment testing experience.
• AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Government, Pension, or Public Sector domain experience.
