Description

You will act as the Business Analyst for the development of an internal AppStore built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document requirements from stakeholders and business sponsors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Write detailed user stories and test cases to guide development and perform regular functional testing.
• Collaborate with developers and innovation teams to integrate AI solutions and proof of concepts into Salesforce configurations.
• Configure Salesforce environments and Experience Cloud sites, managing roles, permissions, and security requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for innovation projects, covering scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, including community creation, portals, and websites.
• Proven success in implementing Experience Cloud sites or portals.
• Experience writing user stories, creating test cases, and conducting functional testing.
• Ability to configure Salesforce following security best practices for hosting Experience Cloud sites.
• Understanding of AI concepts and experience developing and testing AI prompts.
• Strong content management skills to organize articles, files, and links.
• User-centered design skills to ensure intuitive navigation and UX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting innovation projects or major enhancements.
• Significant interest or experience in AI-related projects and proof of concepts.
