Description

You will serve as the functional lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Progressive Web Application (PWA) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for SFCC and PWA solutions.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to manage end-to-end delivery.
• Lead functional workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Identify technical gaps, dependencies, and risks within business and technical workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C).
• Deep understanding of e-commerce architecture, including cart/checkout flows and personalization.
• Knowledge of PWA frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with integrations involving OMS, CRM, and payment gateways.
• Proficiency working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headless commerce architectures.
