job responsibilities include:
Act as Scrum Manager for the Operations Excellence squad, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Identify, document, and manage business and functional requirements, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
Design, develop, and deliver analytic and reporting solutions, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive‑level summaries to support data‑driven decision making.
Guide Product Owners in backlog refinement, user story definition, acceptance criteria creation, and prioritization to maximize delivered value.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital or customer‑facing products.
3+ years of experience working with Agile Scrum teams, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile best practices.
Strong experience managing work in JIRA and Confluence, including sprint metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, developers, UX, QA teams, and third‑party vendors.
Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with a data‑oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet delivery deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating refinements, workshops, and presentations.
Nice‑to‑have: Experience with SQL and Power BI, familiarity with CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile techniques (INVEST, user stories, estimation)
