Description

You will act as Scrum Manager for the Operations Excellence squad, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving transparency, inspection, and adaptation. You will manage business and functional requirements, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery. You will design and deliver analytic solutions, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries to support data-driven decision making. Additionally, you will guide Product Owners in backlog refinement, user story definition, and prioritization to maximize delivered value.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices.
• Document and manage business requirements, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Guide Product Owners in backlog refinement and user story prioritization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital or customer-facing products.
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile Scrum teams.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for sprint metrics and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, developers, UX, QA, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile techniques (INVEST, user stories, estimation).
