Description

You will gather and analyze data to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards for leadership, and execute ETL processes. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leadership using Power BI.
• Execute ETL processes to join, clean, and normalize disparate datasets.
• Define MVP requirements and document structured business processes.
• Iterate on requirements with cross-functional leaders to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data-centric roles.
• High proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
• Expertise in ETL processes for large, complex datasets.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into validated technical requirements.
• Experience facilitating meetings with senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Strong critical thinking and independent project drive.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Investment domain knowledge.
