Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements for large-scale development projects.
• Create, implement, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Design and deliver training plans and instructional materials.
• Maintain and update comprehensive systems documentation.
• Implement Agile development processes including test-driven development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 6+ years of creating training plans and materials.
• 4+ years of experience with hospital system environments, configurations, and data migration.
• 4+ years of experience managing systems documentation.
• 4+ years of implementing Agile development and test-driven development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
