Description

You will lead business analysis for large-scale projects, managing operational requests and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for system integrations, interfaces, and data exchanges.
• Execute data migration tasks and perform data validation using MSSQL and Excel.
• Author, document, and diagram technical processes and system requirements.
• Mentor junior business analysts and guide stakeholders through project lifecycles.
• Manage concurrent tasks using Waterfall and Agile principles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis.
• 2+ years specifically as a Senior Business System Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Domain expertise in Public, Safety, and Justice sectors.
• Proficiency in MSSQL, including extracting data and building queries.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of criminal justice information system data security compliance.
• Technical understanding of operating systems, applications, databases, networking, and security systems.
• Proven experience in data migration and analyzing indices and fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, or AAC.
