Description

You will lead business analysis efforts, defining requirements and mapping data flows to drive measurable results. You will facilitate workshops, document workflows, and coordinate deliverables across teams in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Query, map, and document complex data structures to support business needs.
• Lead and direct team members to achieve project milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate decision-making workshops and articulate customized solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage simultaneous project deliverables and independent timelines under tight deadlines.
• Document workflows and data mapping using standard analysis tools throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong experience with Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart for workflow and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Ability to use Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile, Lean, and Kanban software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and directing others in a matrixed team environment.
• Ability to thrive in changing environments with shifting priorities.
