You will act as a lead liaison between business users, operations, and developers to deliver payment and core banking solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct requirement gathering through workshops, brainstorming, and questionnaires with global product managers, client services, and finance stakeholders.
Define functional requirements and map solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and Lead Business Analysts.
Produce and maintain critical documentation including BRDs and FSDs.
Own the testing lifecycle, including defining functional test scenarios, managing SIT/UAT, and overseeing defect management.
Identify project risks and resolve issues while managing stakeholder communication and reporting.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in business analysis specifically within Payment systems and Core Banking applications.
Deep expertise in payment formats including ISO20022, SWIFT, SEPA (SCT, SDD, Instant SCT), and XML Pain.02.
Hands-on experience with payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, and Mass & Bulk payments.
Proficiency in reporting formats including CAMT53, CAMT54, MT942, MT940, CAMT52, MT900, and MT910.
Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional, and System Integration testing.
Practical knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience using ALM, QC, or JIRA for defect tracking and management.
Technical familiarity with Cucumber feature files, Kafka, Elastic search, JanusGraph, and Kibana.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile environments.
Domain knowledge in Retail/Wholesale Banking, AML, FX, or Trade Finance.
