Description

You will bridge the gap between product ownership and technical delivery by translating business needs into actionable development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage product roadmaps and maintain backlog health to ensure sprint readiness and alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while guiding the team through the full SDLC.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in bug triage to ensure requirements are validated and meet business goals.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, user guides, and workflow diagrams using tools like Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in software delivery or consulting environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and SDLC best practices.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong facilitation skills to drive clarity across ambiguous or evolving business needs.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams and product domains.
• Experience creating product demonstrations and supporting go-live cycles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, enterprise-scale applications, or AI-enhanced tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in IT consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data analysis, or cloud cost optimization.
• Exposure to security, analytics, or customer-centric product design.
