Description

Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and centralized information services to define requirements and drive process improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) artifacts and Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
• Document current-state and future-state processes, refining wireframes for solution design.
• Define features, manage user stories and backlog, and support Product Owner duties.
• Analyze existing systems to recommend process and system improvements through cost-benefit analyses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft HRMS, including configuration and enhancement.
• Proficiency in business process improvement, workflow optimization, and change management.
• Advanced analytical skills, including process mapping, data analysis, and metrics reporting.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, MIS, or Economics.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills across organizational levels.
