Lead requirement gathering and implementation for complex application development projects in St Paul Park, MN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and document requirements for object-oriented applications, relational databases, and complex queries.
• Lead design and implementation for development projects involving multiple stakeholders and IT functions.
• Manage backlogs, write user stories, and lead story refinement processes.
• Perform data mapping activities and research technical solutions for unique problems.
• Translate technical system information for non-technical stakeholders and present complex data clearly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role.
• 3+ years of experience working on Agile project or product teams.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and complex queries.
• Experience using JIRA for Agile work management.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools including Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to perform data mapping and work with multi-system data.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Project Management activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
