Description

Own enterprise-level requirements analysis and documentation for Pega-based distributed energy solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI specifications.
• Develop process flows, data mappings, wireframes, and interface specifications.
• Diagnose application issues and provide troubleshooting and resolution support.
• Support UAT planning, release nights, defect triage, test validation, and go-live readiness.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong domain experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES).
• Hands-on experience with CPMS, PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud.
• Extensive experience in enterprise requirements documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments using Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with large-scale Pega implementations.
