You will lead end-to-end business analysis for financial markets, treasury systems, and data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop detailed business process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to communicate findings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial markets and treasury operations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Power BI, and MS BI (SSIS, SSRS).
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, market data, liquidity management, and risk frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proven ability to perform complex data analysis on large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CFA, FRM, or PMB.
• Experience with treasury management systems like Murex, Calypso, or Kyriba.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
