Description

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise technology implementations.

Proficiency in ServiceNow module deployments including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Case Management.

Experience in developing functional specifications, user stories, and requirements traceability matrices.

Experience with business process mapping and workflow diagramming for enterprise technology rollouts.

Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing and managing defect tracking lifecycles.

Experience with organizational change management and business process improvement methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and analysis activities for enterprise ServiceNow platform enhancements.

Facilitate technical stakeholder workshops to document complex business workflows and use cases.

Translate current business processes into optimized functional and non-functional system requirements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements traceability matrices throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, and overall technical solution validation.

Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical system documentation for engineering teams.

Support organizational change management, end-user training, and continuous system improvement initiatives
