You will translate business needs into technical specifications and drive solution delivery through the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Write detailed user stories and manage backlog refinement with development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and production release activities.
• Recommend process improvements and solution enhancements based on data analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements to release.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance.
• CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification.
