Akkodis is seeking experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large‑scale digital identity initiative (ONE ID 2.0). The role is focused on producing implementation‑ready acceptance criteria and ensuring a well‑prepared backlog to enable secure, scalable, and interoperable identity services across the healthcare ecosystem. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business subject‑matter experts, architects, and technical leads to translate approved business outcomes, policies, and standards into clear, testable requirements. The work supports identity and access management (IAM) capabilities including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, consent, and privacy.
Scope
Analyze and decompose complex workflows, decision points, exceptions, and data needs
Translate business outcomes and policies into clear, structured, and testable acceptance criteria
Support backlog readiness to enable ongoing Agile delivery
Align requirements across multiple capability areas to ensure consistency and traceability.
Assignment Deliverables
Comprehensive acceptance‑criteria documentation supporting approximately 900 user stories
Refined and prioritized Agile backlog items prepared for sprint delivery
Clearly documented workflows, data requirements, and business rules
Knowledge‑transfer documentation and walkthroughs delivered to the Agency team.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years in senior BA roles supporting large‑scale digital programs
7+ years of experience producing detailed, testable requirements, user stories, workflows, and system specifications in Agile environments
7+ years of experience developing and managing detailed data requirements, including data elements, structures, and data flows
7+ years of experience working in digital identity, IAM, authentication, authorization, or interoperability domains
7+ years of hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, refinement, documentation, and traceability.
Nice to Have:
Experience working within healthcare, digital health, or provider data ecosystems
Familiarity with public‑sector, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations
Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Visio, Miro/Lucid, and Excel.
