Description

You will support the Project Manager and Assistant Director of Cyber Security Operations in translating complex business needs and cyber requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, cyber teams, and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain key business analysis artifacts, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Support Agile and SCRUM delivery by maintaining and refining backlogs, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint planning and reviews.
• Assess and manage changes to business and technical requirements, conducting impact analysis and supporting project change requests.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on project reporting, dependency tracking, and solution design discussions to ensure alignment with cyber risk and resilience objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and IT.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated recent experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solution requirements, balancing operational, cyber, and risk considerations.
• Demonstrated experience producing structured analysis artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
• Experience working within Agile, SCRUM, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to identify requirement-level risks and support risk mitigation assessments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting testing and validation activities, including defining test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
