Description

Provide business analysis services for clients with varied technological needs, owning requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct cost-benefit analyses for I&IT initiatives.
• Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and process flow modeling for assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report findings to management.
• Advise on business analysis policies, processes, and standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience developing strategies and preparing business cases or cost-benefit analyses.
• Proficiency in applying re-engineering concepts for business improvement.
• Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
• Ability to translate business and data requirements into technology solution specifications.
• Knowledge of structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies for user requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business functional modelling, business event modelling, or business process mapping.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
