Own the bridge between business needs and Appian platform delivery, driving process optimization and requirement clarity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Create process maps, BPMN models, and decision flows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Appian development teams.
• Support solution discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability through testing and deployment, ensuring documentation meets organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Product Owner support role.
• Strong proficiency in Appian platform capabilities and process modeling.
• Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and BPMN modeling.
• Proven experience creating BRDs, FSDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and tracking process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Background in reviewing technical solutions for alignment with business requirements.
