Description

 Seeking a senior Business Analyst / QA Lead with 10+ years of experience in requirements analysis, system integrations, interoperability, API testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technology, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery of highly integrated solutions across applications, APIs, and data exchange platforms.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Lead.
5+ years experience with enterprise application integrations and interoperability frameworks.
5+ years of hands-on experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
5+ years experience working with flat file interfaces, EDI, CSV, XML, and data exchange processes.
5+ years of experience data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and data validation.
5+ years experience in integration testing and end-to-end testing across multiple systems.
5+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills
Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or contact center integration experience.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
SQL and database validation experience.
Experience testing integrations involving cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), middleware, or APIs.
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, or Scrum certifications are preferred
