You will translate complex business needs and cyber security requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for project teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Support Agile and SCRUM delivery by refining backlogs, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and assisting in sprint planning.
• Assess changes to requirements, conduct impact analysis, and support project change requests.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on reporting, dependency tracking, and solution design to align with cyber risk objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and IT.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solution requirements balancing operational and risk considerations.
• Proven experience producing structured analysis artifacts such as BRDs and traceability matrices.
• Experience working within Agile, SCRUM, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to identify requirement-level risks and support risk mitigation assessments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting testing and validation activities, including defining test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
