Description

Lead service-oriented design and integrated government services projects through rigorous business analysis and architectural documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user stories and draft acceptance test criteria through program area engagement.
• Produce detailed business and technical documentation, including architectural agreements.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with public sector, security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Create wireframes, use cases, and user stories to support system development.
• Assist with security issues impacting front-end and integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and change management.
• Expertise with the Zachman Framework for architectural systems.
• Proven experience with Logical and Physical Architecture artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with Checkpoints, TRA, and PIA.
• Deep understanding of component architecture and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.0 standards and AODA compliancy.
• Ability to work within DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of systems design, programming concepts, and development principles.
• Experience with service-oriented design projects.
