Senior Business Analyst for Research Solutions, focusing on linear and digital ad sales and programming research systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document user requirements, workflows, and use cases to drive system enhancements and automation.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring timely execution while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Provide regular status reporting to IT leadership and business stakeholders regarding project and support metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams on application support, focusing on defect analysis and root cause resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
• 1-2 years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Experience with analytics tools: Domo, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Research systems (Nielsen, StarMedia) and media ratings terminology (MIT, AMRLD).
• Experience with API-driven automation, scripting, or workflow automation tools.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
