Responsibilities

• Document business processes and implement best practices for Workday deployment in collaboration with operations teams.
• Gather specifications and translate domain or technology requirements into functional client solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and lead technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Train and develop team members to mitigate delivery risks and maintain technical proficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep functional understanding of Workday modules.
• Experience managing customer delivery and technical team workflows.
• Ability to design and architect solutions for project delivery.
• Proven track record of documenting processes and implementing best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.
