You will lead B2B and EDI integration initiatives through the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to closure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EDI workflows, transaction sets, and partner integrations.
• Create specification and mapping documents based on diverse trading partner specs and workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage end-to-end B2B integration projects.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in EDI B2B implementations and technical/business process blending.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS.
• Experience with transaction sets such as 850, 852, 875, 860, 945, 940, 861, 864, 832, 824, 812, 810, 856, 214, 210, and 997.
• Experience with OTC, I2C, AP/AR, D2D, and CPQ lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, Boomi, Seeburger, or Axway.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of API integration and hybrid EDI/API models.
