Own the definition and delivery of complex business solutions within the healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Medicare and Medicaid systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify Business Process Models to map complex workflows.
• Analyze user requirements and client business needs, leveraging expert opinion to drive solutions.
• Present technical solutions to customers for complex business functionalities and lead client demos.
• Act as the requirements subject matter expert and support requirements change management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of business analysis experience (or 5+ years with a Master's degree).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large complex projects with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare domain knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of Lead Business Analyst experience on large complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid Management Information System, specifically Claim Payments and Remittance Advice.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials (OFIN) for managing vendor receivables and payables.
• Excellent knowledge of generating Remittance Advices (835X12s).
• Expertise in Business Analysis Process including SDLC, documentation procedures, use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
