You will own the end-to-end analysis and implementation strategy for automation initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level assessments to identify, quantify, and prioritize automation candidates based on ROI, complexity, and strategic value.
• Author comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDD) and collaborate with architects on Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize As-Is processes into streamlined To-Be automated workflows.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the change management process for digital worker adoption.
• Present complex, data-driven insights to senior leadership to manage executive expectations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years in business analysis, with 5+ years in RPA projects using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Deep understanding of the RPA Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven ability to present complex, data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation.
