Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle for insurance platform implementations, focusing on policy, claims, and billing systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across policy, claims, and billing systems.
• Define functional specifications, workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Support sprint execution in Agile ceremonies and assist with UAT and production rollouts.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of features.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Insurance domain (P&C).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter), Duck Creek, or Majesco.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire implementations or upgrades.
• Exposure to system integrations or data migration projects.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle.
