Description

You will lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for enterprise software implementation programs valued at $5M or more.

You will own the analysis workstream across large, multi-phase projects, coordinating with solution architects, development teams, and vendors to translate complex business needs into detailed specifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define program scope and objectives.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Conduct gap analysis and develop process flows to guide solution design and recommend improvements.
• Define acceptance criteria, support test plan development, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage scope, traceability, and change control, escalating risks and issues that impact timeline or budget.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience with a proven track record on enterprise software implementations.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and management using BRDs, FRDs, and traceability matrices.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing senior-level stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with process modeling and requirements tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO.
• Experience delivering implementations in regulated industries (Government, Financial Services, Healthcare).
• Familiarity with data migration, integration patterns, and nearshore/offshore team coordination.
