Description

You will configure, integrate, and administer the Planview Adaptivework platform to optimize project, resource, financial, and portfolio management processes.

Responsibilities

• Customize the Planview platform by managing user accounts, permissions, custom fields, and system settings.
• Implement integrations between Planview and external systems like SAP and Salesforce using APIs and scripting.
• Perform system administration including data validation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure data integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on project performance and financials.
• Create training programs and documentation to educate users on platform functionality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on configuration and development experience in Planview.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) workflows.
• Experience working with APIs for system integrations.
• Ability to manage integrations with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
• Strong background in data validation and system administration.
• Proven experience in reporting and dashboard creation for IT stakeholders.
• Degree in any field.
