You will configure, integrate, and administer the Planview Adaptivework platform to optimize project, resource, financial, and portfolio management processes.
Responsibilities
Customize the Planview platform by managing user accounts, permissions, custom fields, and system settings.
Implement integrations between Planview and external systems like SAP and Salesforce using APIs and scripting.
Perform system administration including data validation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure data integrity.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on project performance and financials.
Create training programs and documentation to educate users on platform functionality and best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of professional experience.
Hands-on configuration and development experience in Planview.
Deep understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) workflows.
Experience working with APIs for system integrations.
Ability to manage integrations with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
Strong background in data validation and system administration.
Proven experience in reporting and dashboard creation for IT stakeholders.
