Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and the data applications team to deliver high-value data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the data platform.
• Bridge communication gaps between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data application delivery within an Agile environment.
• Ensure data solutions provide practical value to credit union customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical roles.
• Direct experience working with Data Platforms.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience working within SCRUM or other Agile disciplines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar software development management tools.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence practices, Big Data concepts, and components.
• General knowledge of the financial industry and project management.
