Description

You will own the business analysis function across the full software development life cycle, bridging the gap between the customer community and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate customer requirements into clear system requirement documents.
• Develop user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices.
• Design mockups and wireframes that adhere to UX best practices.
• Manage the requirements specification baseline and verify fulfillment of all requirements, including post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Modern Requirements management software.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
• Strong writing, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Any graduate degree.
