Description

You will serve as the primary link between technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver functional requirements and system designs.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and manage requirements through stakeholder interviews, meetings, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Lead fit/gap sessions to map business requirements against standard features and recommend functional extensions.
• Develop functional designs, process models, and business process flow diagrams.
• Explain data models, including entities, attributes, and relationships, to relevant parties.
• Plan and execute tests to verify that configurations and extensions meet defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, design, and project leadership.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Expertise in functional analysis, software design, and process modelling.
• Proven ability in requirements elicitation, use case documentation, and business case development.
• Experience in screen design and storyboarding.
• Background in Social Services programs within the government or public sector.
• Strong written communication and presentation delivery skills.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle from architecture and integration to production support.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to UK legislative rules and benefits schemes.
• Direct experience in the social welfare domain.
