Description

You will analyze and maintain the UI Tax Rate process, including complex Excel modeling systems and Access Database programming.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current UI Tax Rate process and existing models.
• Manage complex Excel spreadsheets with multiple tabs and external worksheet links.
• Work with intricate formulas, macros, pivot tables, and rate calculations.
• Utilize Access Database programming to support data requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex rate formulas.
• Experience managing models with multiple tabs and external worksheet links.
• Proficiency with Access Database programming.
• Ability to analyze complex tax rate models and applied formulas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits.
• CBAP Certification or ability to obtain it within 2 years.
