You will drive strategic transformation and process design to support digital and cloud migration initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable business strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead process design and change management for digital transformation and cloud migration.
• Facilitate agile product operating models through workshops and team coaching.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and recommend solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or strategic transformation.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation and cloud strategy initiatives.
• Experience with agile delivery and change management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in process improvement and organizational design.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Health Services Research, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Multilingual capabilities, such as German, and cross-cultural experience.
